Our own cutting gardens also provide specially grown flowers, supporting us in creating romantic and stylish designs with fragrance, movement and texture, to catch the eye and fill the senses.

Hi and welcome to BGF!
My name is Jo Jay, I am a qualified and experienced florist based in Abbots Bromley, Staffordshire. I set up Blooming Garden Flowers in 2021 to combine my passion for growing flowers and floristry.
Since childhood I have loved growing flowers. There is nothing quite like selecting your own blooms to cut and arrange. It is this long standing appreciation of flowers which led me to train as a florist.
Having completed a wide range of floristry training courses with The Covent Garden Academy of Flowers, I achieved the Covent Garden Academy Diploma in Flower Design.
I currently work predominantly on Staffordshire based weddings and some in neighbouring counties. I provide all aspects of floristry for small to medium sized weddings.
I also really enjoy freelancing for local florists when they need an extra pair of hands for a larger wedding.
